Policy Statement

 

Elevate Healthcare Staffing LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.

 

Prohibited Conduct

 

We prohibit discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in any form. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Discrimination based on any protected characteristic

  • Harassment, whether verbal, physical, or visual, that is based on any protected characteristic

  • Retaliation against an individual for reporting discrimination or harassment or participating in an investigation of such reports

 

Reasonable Accommodations

 

Elevate Healthcare Staffing LLC will provide reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and for employees' religious beliefs, practices, or observances, unless doing so would cause undue hardship. Employees or applicants who need an accommodation should contact Elevate Healthcare staff to request such accommodation.

 

Reporting and Complaint Procedure

 

Employees who believe they have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, or retaliation should promptly report the incident to their immediate supervisor, EEO Officer, or Human Resources. We will promptly and thoroughly investigate all complaints and take appropriate corrective action, if necessary. Confidentiality will be maintained to the extent possible, consistent with the need to conduct an adequate investigation.

 

No Retaliation

 

Elevate Healthcare Staffing LLC prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports discrimination or harassment or participates in an investigation of such reports. Retaliation is a serious violation of this policy and will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

 

Employee Responsibilities

 

All employees are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect and dignity

  • Refrain from engaging in discriminatory, harassing, or retaliatory behavior

  • Report any incidents of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation they experience or witness

 

Management Responsibilities

 

Managers and supervisors are responsible for:

​

  • Ensuring that their teams understand and comply with this EEO policy

  • Taking prompt and appropriate action in response to any reports of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation

  • Supporting diversity and inclusion in the workplace

 

Training and Awareness

​

Elevate Healthcare Staffing LLC will provide regular training to employees and managers on EEO principles, preventing harassment, and fostering an inclusive workplace. Training will be conducted annually, and new employees will receive EEO training as part of their onboarding process.

 

Policy Review

 

We will review this EEO policy periodically to ensure it continues to meet our commitment to equal employment opportunity and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
