About the Role

We're searching for someone who thrives on winning new business to join our team as a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of prior sales experience and excel in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Representative will identify potential customer leads, cold call, gain appointments, and execute a sales funnel process through to close. If you are tenacious, strategic, and persuasive, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Elevate Hiring Solutions in assigned territory, accounts, or verticals to satisfy all customer staffing needs

  • Engage with executive team to ensure that our customers' orders are filled with the talent they need

  • Close orders and ensure proper documentation is complete

  • Ensure sales growth through aggressive market strategies and account development. Hit sales targets in both revenue and profitability

  • Ensure all channels of communication are leveraged to drive seamless results and to build strong relationships – both internally and externally

  • Embrace the Counselor Sales Process (CSP) as a selling methodology

  • Perform additional responsibilities as required


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years related sales experience; 

  • Bachelor's preferred; associate degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Sales experience in one or more blue-collar vertical markets

  • Functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources regulations

  • Strong communication skills and the gift of persuasion

  • Proficient in using MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Bilingual language skills a plus but not required 

  • Valid driver's license

  • Possess additional qualifications as needed


Pay:

This is a commission based sales position for Elevate Hiring Solutions. Commission is based on processed invoice payments from clients the Sales Representative obtains.
