
About the Role
We're searching for someone who thrives on winning new business to join our team as a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of prior sales experience and excel in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Representative will identify potential customer leads, cold call, gain appointments, and execute a sales funnel process through to close. Requirements
Responsibilities:
Represent Elevate Hiring Solutions in assigned territory, accounts, or verticals to satisfy all customer staffing needs
Engage with executive team to ensure that our customers' orders are filled with the talent they need
Close orders and ensure proper documentation is complete
Ensure sales growth through aggressive market strategies and account development. Hit sales targets in both revenue and profitability
Ensure all channels of communication are leveraged to drive seamless results and to build strong relationships – both internally and externally
Embrace the Counselor Sales Process (CSP) as a selling methodology
Perform additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
3+ years related sales experience;
Bachelor's preferred; associate degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Sales experience in one or more blue-collar vertical markets
Functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources regulations
Strong communication skills and the gift of persuasion
Proficient in using MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Bilingual language skills a plus but not required
Valid driver's license
Possess additional qualifications as needed
Pay:
This is a commission based sales position for Elevate Hiring Solutions. Commission is based on processed invoice payments from clients the Sales Representative obtains.
